Think about anything you want to do, especially something you really enjoy, and see how many things come to mind that will stop it from happening.

Take movie viewing. It is one of the best ways to escape life at its most hectic pace, and we either can’t make room in our schedules to drive to the theatre to stand in line to buy the tickets to see the movie that helps us relax, OR we actually get to the theatre, stand in line, get to the window and discover the only movie we wanted to see, just sold out.
